PROPPER ® Foul Weather Liner II

Developed in cooperation with the U.S. Coast Guard, the PROPPER Foul Weather Liner II is made from Polartec® Classic 200 fleece for superior warmth without bulk. Features include two zippered, tilted front pockets, elastic sleeve cuffs and a drawstring adjustment for a quick, secure fit. This liner can be zipped into the PROPPERFoul Weather Liner II for enhanced cold weather protection. Made in USA.
