Gen-III ECWCS Thermals

The third generation of our Extended Cold Weather Clothing System (ECWCS) is a complete redesign of the cold weather clothing system used by members of the U.S. military. Based on the layering systems popular among mountaineering professionals, the Gen III ECWCS features a new multi-layer insulation system that is adaptable to any climate or user. This TRU-SPEC® compatible ECWCS provides uncompromising warmth in virtually any degree of cold weather. It meets or exceeds the construction and performance criteria for the U.S. Military’s current Gen III system.
